Meet the Resident Assistants
Residence Life Office
Each living environment is headed by a professional Resident Director (RD) and staffed by student Resident Assistants (RAs), who represent the general philosophies and policies of the Student Life Office. RAs, along with the Residence Life staff, are committed to serving as a resource and guide for Wheelock students as they navigate the transitions and challenges they may face at college.
Eric Grant (Riverway Garden Level)- Eric is a first year RA on the Garden Level of Riverway House. He is a junior majoring in Elementary Education and Developmental Psychology with a minor in Leadership. Eric is the Treasurer of La Herencia Latina and an Admissions Ambassador. In his free time, Eric enjoys learning to play new instruments, spending time with his dogs, exploring Boston, and watching Netflix. He can't wait to work with a floor that has the potential to be a tight community!
Stephanie Kelly (Riverway 1) - Stephanie is a second year RA on the first floor of Riverway House. She is a junior at Wheelock and is double majoring in Political Science and American Studies. Stephanie is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and is excited to live in the city of Boston for years to come! In her free time, she loves exploring Boston with friends and finding new restaurants. Stephanie is excited to get to know all of her new residents and is looking forward to seeing them succeed this year.
Kyssandra Perkowski (Riverway 2)- Kyssandra is the Resident Assistant on the second floor of Riverway House and is looking forward to her second year as an RA! She is a senior double majoring in Elementary Education and Performing Arts, with a focus on dance. Kyssandra is also originally from Wallingford, Connecticut. In addition to being and RA, Kyssandra is an Admissions Ambassador and participates in the Colleges of the Fenway Dance Project through classes as well as choreographing her own pieces. In her free time, Kyssandra can always be found talking to friends, doing arts and crafts, or dancing! She looks forward to the many adventures this year will bring and can't wait to get to know her residents!
Abigail Gay (Riverway 3) - Abigail is a second-year Resident Assistant living on the third floor of Riverway. She is a junior majoring in Early Childhood Education and Counseling Psychology. Abigail is also taking on a new role this year as the Student Publications Coordinator for the Wheelock College Writing Center. When not in school, Abigail lives in Medway, Massachusetts with her mom, dad, two sisters, and a yellow Labrador named Reilly. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, crafting, reading, and watching Castle or Parks and Recreation. She also loves laughing and spending time with friends and family. Abigail is looking forward to making new memories with her residents this year!
Sarah Horn (Longwood 1) - Sarah is a third-year Resident Assistant on the fourth floor of Peabody Hall. She can also be found in the Towne Art Gallery working as a Gallery Attendant. Sarah is a junior from Taunton, MA, majoring in Social Work with a minor in Child Health, as well as a proud member of the Wheelock Honors Program. She is looking forward to another year of exploring the city and growing with her residents as a member of the Wheelock community.
Thamael Laurore (Longwood 2)- Thamael Laurore is a junior at Wheelock College who majors in Counseling Psychology and Media Production Communications. He is from Miami, Florida, and loves Boston—especially the Fenway area. He works for the college's IT department, has participated in the Dana-Faber Cancer Institute's CURE program, and has done volunteer work with the Salvation Army. In his free time he enjoys drawing, playing video games, playing musical instruments, and making new friends. He is excited to be a new RA this year and is really excited about making bonds and connections with his residents.
Hannah Moore (Longwood 3) - Hannah is a senior this year, majoring in (and loving!) social work. Someday she would like to use these skills to work with military children and families. For now, she stays busy at Wheelock in the writing center, the honors program, and Longwood House. Hannah calls Western Massachusetts home, but has come to love Boston and all of the culture and beauty it has to offer. She is so excited to spend another year in Longwood House with her amazing staff and residents!
Camila Sabando (Pilgrim 2) -Camila Sabando is the RA of the second floor of Pilgrim House. This is her second year as an RA, but her first time living in Pilgrim House. Camila is currently working towards a major in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Community Based Human Services. Camila is also the president of La Herencia Latina and is involved in the Colleges of the Fenway Dance Program. In her free time, Camila loves to watch a show on Netflix, hang out off campus, and dance.
Emma Panto (Pilgrim 3)- Emma is a first year Resident Assistant, living on the third floor of Pilgrim Hall. Emma is a junior at Wheelock working towards a degree in elementary education and performing arts. She grew up in a small town in Somers, Connecticut. Also, she is a member of the Wheelock college field hockey team and loves playing many different sports. In her free time, Emma enjoys singing, hanging with friends, and exploring Boston.
Christine "Melly" Bowen (Pilgrim 3)- Melly is a senior here at Wheelock. She is currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Education and Developmental Psychology program! She is very excited to work with children and families as her career path. In her free time, she enjoys watching Netflix, eating, painting, cooking, and reading. She loves exploring the city especially in the fall season. Wheelock gives an amazing opportunity to create a tight knit community in each residence hall and that is the reason why she loves living here!
Mynor Rosa (Peabody 1) - Mynor Rosa is a second year Resident Assistant living on the first floor of Peabody. He is a senior majoring in Social Work. He was born and raised in Queens Bridge New York, but has lived in Miami for six years, prior to moving to Boston. He loves to travel and has been to 6 out of 7 continents. He is also a HUGE Game of Thrones fan. (Winter is Coming!)
Rachel Costello (Peabody 2)- Rachel Costello is a first year RA of the second floor of Peabody Hall. Rachel is a senior majoring in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Theatre. Rachel is also the secretary of Wheelock Student Theatre, a Math Leader, in the Honors Program, and works at Wheelock Family Theatre. In her free time, Rachel loves watching Netflix, hanging out with her friends, and finding new adventures throughout Boston.
Caitlin Kelleher (Peabody 2) - Caitlin Kelleher is a second year Resident Assistant and she lives on the second floor of Peabody. She is originally from Plymouth, Massachusetts and her birthday is November 11th. This is Caitlin's junior year at Wheelock and she is double majoring in Elementary Education and Developmental Psychology. She is a member of the Wheelock College dance team, X-Clusive. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with friends and exploring Boston. Caitlin is looking forward to a great academic year!
Tivisay "Tivi" Sanchez- Baez (Peabody 3)- Tivisay is a sophomore studying Counseling Psychology with minors in Music, Child Life and Community Based Human Services. Besides being an RA, Tivisay is also the secretary for La Herencia Latina and the secretary for Stepping with A Purpose (S.W.A.P). Tivisay absolutely loves music; she plays the clarinet, the alto saxophone, and the guitar. Tivisay is a very proud Latina, and loves to embrace and learn about new cultures that surround her community. She loves making people laugh and is looking forward to getting to know all her new residents!
Meilin Chong (Peabody 3)- Meilin is a junior at Wheelock College and living on the third floor of Peabody. She is majoring in Early Childhood Education and Counseling Psychology and is from Salem, New Hampshire. Meilin is involved in Class Council of 2017 and La Herencia Latina club. She is also an Admissions Ambassador. She loves playing piano in her spare time and mingling with people! She is looking forward to being a resident assistant again this year!
Erin Bruce (Peabody 4) - Erin is a junior, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She double majors in Elementary Education and Mathematics. In addition to her role as a Resident Assistant, Erin is also a Math leader and an active member of the Honors Program. In her free time, she likes to explore the city, listen to country music, and play UNO. Erin is very excited to get to know her fourth floor residents and is looking forward to a great year!
Kali Doan-Hough (Peabody 4)- Kali is a sophomore at Wheelock College and is a first year RA on the 4th floor of Peabody. She is double majoring in Social Work and Juvenile Justice. Along with being a Resident Assistant, Kali is also a member of Class Council 2018 and the Nerd and Gaming Alliance. She loves being in Boston and hanging out with friends. Kali is excited for a great new year!

Bridget Buckley (CCSR 3 & 4) - My name is Bridget and I am in the class of 2016 and I am very excited for my second year as an RA in CCSR. My major is Counseling Psychology and I am triple minoring in Autism, Human Services and Child Life. I'm from Worcester, MA where I enjoy spending time with my family and friends when I am not working. If you ever need me I am most likely working out, in the caf, or watching Netflix in my room, some of my favorite shows are Scandal and Orange is the New Black. I really enjoy working with children and am starting a job at Boston Children's Hospital on the Oncology unit.
Na'sha Bailey (CCSR 5)- Na'sha is a senior at Wheelock and this is her first year as an RA. She is a Social Work major, and minoring in Juvenile Justice and Youth Advocacy. She is originally from Providence, RI but enjoys the city of Boston! She loves to do hair free time to keep herself busy. She also works in the Graduate Admissions, so when you see her on the Brookline campus do not hesitate to peak in and say "Hello!". She can't wait to get to know her residents and enjoy her senior year!
Stephanie Hom (CCSR 6) -Stephanie is a second year Resident Assistant living on the sixth floor of CCSR. She is entering her senior year at Wheelock and is majoring in Early Childhood Education and Developmental Psychology with a minor in Understanding Autism. She hopes to continue on to graduate school to become a Special Education Teacher for children with severe disabilities. Along with being an RA, Stephanie is on the Cross Country team and is a member of Best Buddies and the Autism Awareness Club. Stephanie is originally from Lexington, MA and enjoys spending time with friends and family as well spending time at the beach in the summer or skiing in the winter. Stephanie is excited for the year to come!
Rachel "Ray" Meltzer- Ray is a third year RA living in Colchester House. She is a senior majoring in Political Science with a minor in Elementary Education with plans to attend law school after graduation. Ray is from Fryeburg, Maine and loves the outdoors. In her free time, Ray enjoys playing soccer and tennis, studying, skiing, and performing with the COF Jazz band.
