Each living environment is headed by a professional Resident Director (RD) and staffed by student Resident Assistants (RAs), who represent the general philosophies and policies of the Student Life Office. RAs, along with the Residence Life staff, are committed to serving as a resource and guide for Wheelock students as they navigate the transitions and challenges they may face at college.

Anna Izquierdo (Riverway 1)-  Anna is a Junior at Wheelock College and this is her second year as a Resident Assistant. Currently, Anna is the Resident Assistant on the first floor of Riverway House. She loves her role as a Resident Assistant because she is able to use creative with floor themes, events, door decorations, and bulletin boards to promote a positive and supportive floor community. Anna is majoring in Counseling Psychology with two minors in Child Health and Understanding Autism and she is also in the Child Life Dual Degree Program. Outside of Residence Life, Anna is a Peer Tutor and Public Relations for the Pan-Asian Student Association on campus. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and traveling.

Laura Boeglar (Riverway 2)- The goal of inspiring a world of good is what brought Laura to Wheelock, and to study Counseling Psychology and be in the Child Life Dual Degree Program. Now a junior, Laura is a returning Resident Assistant on the second floor of Riverway House. Laura is involved on campus including being a part of Best Buddies, STAND, and Dance Marathon. In addition to these clubs, Laura also enjoys dancing with the COF Dance Project, being with friends, and shopping! Laura's hometown is Westerly, Rhode Island where she spends time with her family and relaxing on the beach. Laura's goals as an RA this year are to get to know all of her residents, provide them with the support they need, and create a strong sense of community within her floor and building. Laura is looking forward to an exciting year of making every day a celebration!"

Raquel Haiat (Longwood 1) -Raquel is a Junior majoring in Elementary Education and Developmental Psychology. She is from Mexico City and is passionate about her studies and staying organized! She is Xclusive Dance Team's Vice President as well as a Peer Tutor on campus. This is her second year as an R.A. in Longwood House.

Lucas Jones (they/them or he/him) (Longwood 2)- Lucas is a senior in the Child Life Dual Degree program with a second major in Literature with a writing minor. They are an avid poet and were a part of the 2017 Wheelock CUPSI team. Their favorite color is pink and they enjoy a good donut.

Maissa Donine (Pilgrim 2) - My name is Marissa Donine and this is my second year being an RA in the Pilgrim House (currently on the second floor). I am in my third year here at Wheelock and I am studying Counseling Psychology and Educational Studies. I am originally from Southern California but Boston has become my home! I am excited to get to know all my residents this year and to start building a strong Pilgrim community.

Gleidymar Rivera (Pilgrim 3)- Gleidymar is a second year Resident Assistant, and is currently the Co-RA of the third floor of Pilgrim. She is a senior majoring in Communications with minors in Writing and Studio Arts. She is from Connecticut. Gleidymar is also involved on campus as a Writing Consultant and Library Desk staff, as well as being Public Relations of La Herencia Latina. She enjoys traveling and her favorite place she's visited is Belize! She loved coffee, art and plants!

Magdeline Xenedis (Pilgrim 3)- Maggie is a first year RA on the third floor of Pilgrim. She is a senior majoring in Elementary Education and American Studies. In her free time, she likes to explore the city, hang out with her friends, and shop. Maggie is very excited to be an RA this year and help build a tight knit community within her residence hall.



Neileauna Medley (Peabody 1) - Welcome to Peabody Hall! My name is Neileauna Medley, but a lot of people on campus call me Nina. I'll be your Resident Assistance for the 1st floor along with Rachael. My hometown is in Bridgeport, Connecticut. I am currently a junior majoring in Social Work and Juvenile Justice with Youth Advocacy. I love exploring Boston, hanging out with friends, and going out to eat.

Rachael Whittemore (Peabody 1)- My name is Rachael Whittemore, and I am one of the two Resident Assistants who lives on the first floor of Peabody. I am a sophomore majoring in Political Science and Elementary Education. Aside from academics, I worked with Jumpstart last year and am currently a member of the Honors Program here on campus. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts and trying out new restaurants. Keeping this in mind, I absolutely adore exploring the city of Boston.

Jade Tang (Peabody 2) - My name is Jade Tang and I am the Resident Assistant of the second floor of Peabody. I am a junior in the Elementary Education and Developmental Psychology program. Outside of academics I am the Vice-President of PASA (Pan-Asian Student Association) Club and a member of dance marathon. My favorite hobbies are to play volleyball, hike and to watch romantic comedy movies. I enjoy going on adventures around different cities and to spend time with my friends. I am so excited to get to know all of you this year!



Christina Bebe (CCSR 3 & 4) - Christina is currently in her junior year and is a second year Resident Assistant. She is a Social Work and Youth Justice and Advocacy Dual Major with two minors in Writing and Political Science. Christina is originally from Tiverton, Rhode Island. In addition to being a Resident Assistant, Christina is secretary of CASW, member of STAND, and a Writing Consultant. Christina loves to bake sweet treats, watch Netflix, and spending time with her family and friends. Christina is super excited for this year and can't wait to see what memories she'll make at Wheelock for 2017-2018!

Julie Cusano (CCSR 5)- Julie is a Senior here at Wheelock College. She is currently pursuing a major in Early Childhood Education and Developmental Psychology, as well as a minor in Music. She is from a small town in New Hampshire, and loves to sing and spend time with her friends and family. She cares deeply about her work with children, and is a second year R.A. in CCSR. She hopes to continue her work as an early childhood educator in the city after graduation in the spring!

Kali Doan-Hough (CCSR 6) - Kali Doan-Hough is a third year Resident Assistant for the 6th floor of CCSR. She is a senior at Wheelock majoring in Social Work and Youth Advocacy doing her practicum internship at DCF. Kali is also the President of the Pan-Asian Association. Outside of school, Kali loves to play games, hangout with friends and explore the city. She can't wait to see senior year brings!
