What are Employee Affinity Groups?
Employee Affinity Groups are employee-led groups formed around common interests, issues and/or a common bond or background. Groups create a positive learning, living, and working environment at Wheelock College through actively supporting the institutional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by "...creating, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity that values the uniqueness of every individual and actively promotes social justice." All of Wheelock Employee Affinity groups are open to any employee.

We see this as an essential part of fostering a positive work environment, professional development, and employee retention. In addition, Wheelock provides funding to make possible group activities and other engagement initiatives of its Affinity Groups.
