Reunion - Accommodations
On-campus accommodations put you close to everything that's happening and make it easier for you to spend more time with your classmates. Rooms are available for you and your guests on Friday and Saturday nights of Reunion Weekend for $50 per person, per night. Typically, each class is housed together in the residence halls. We make every effort to keep classes together in the same residence hall and on the same floor whenever possible. If you wish to share a room with a classmate(s) or be assigned to a room close to your classmates, you and the other member(s) of your party must indicate that request when registering for Reunion. We will do our best to accommodate all housing requests.*
Please do keep in mind that all rooms are located in student residence halls and offer few amenities. The rooms are equipped with sheets, a pillow, a thin blanket, a towel, and a washcloth for each guest. We recommend that you bring soap, shampoo, coat hangers, a small fan, an extra blanket and/or pillow, a hand mirror, and an alarm clock if you would like to have them.
There are very few rooms available with private baths; however, every effort is made to accommodate alumni who need private bathrooms for medical reasons. Most bathrooms are located in the hallway and are shared but not coed. If you do have any special housing needs, please call the Alumni Relations Office at 617-879-2286.
When you arrive on campus, please check in at the registration desk in the lobby of the Campus Center (150 Riverway) and you will be given a key to your room. Upon checkout, please return your key to the registration desk. Call 617-879-2286 with any questions.
*Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests to be housed in a specific residence hall. We apologize for the inconvenience. If room requests are low, Wheelock reserves the right to house all classes together in one residence hall. We will do our best to accommodate all special housing requests, but this may impact our ability to put alumni on the same floor/in the same area as their classmates.
