Satu Mehta is a teacher-educator, professional development provider, and training specialist with a deeply held belief in the power of education to develop Early Childhood teachers and practitioners into reflective leaders who strive to improve the quality of education and care for all young children. Satu is an experienced Early Childhood Education teacher and Early Intervention specialist; successful designer and instructor of infant toddler and preschool courses in a variety of higher education settings; and an effective instructional coach and trainer of Head Start and Early Head Start teachers and administrators.
Satu's areas of skill and knowledge include coaching and mentoring; reflective supervision; training and technical assistance; and college-level teaching. Satu's content areas of expertise include infant toddler education and care; early language and literacy development; inclusive early childhood curriculum (B-6); and family engagement and support.
