Olga Katkova is an Instructor of Mathematics at Wheelock College. She received her B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. from Kharkov University (Ukraine) and worked there until Dec 2011, when she moved to the USA. She has taught various mathematical courses to future mathematicians as well as future economists, engineers, and teachers.
In the U.S., she has worked with middle school and high school students as well as with students of Wheelock and Emmanuel Colleges. Her areas of teaching interest include Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Complex Analysis, Analytic Number Theory, Probability, and Statistics.
She has 25 published scientific papers.
