Academic Records and Registration: Oversees the Academic Calendar, Academic Policies, Course Catalog, and Wheelock transcript requests.
Access and Disability Resources: The Office of Access and Disability Resources (ADR) at Wheelock College provides students with disabilities accommodations and support services to help them maximize their potential and reach their academic and professional goals.
Alumni Relations: Oversees events, provides resources, and maintains contact information for Wheelock alums.
Campus Services: Oversees ID cards (The Fenway Card), door access, conferences and events, room reservations, parking, dining services, vending and laundry machines, and the mail and copy services on campus.
Center for International Programs and Partnerships: Oversees international service learning and study abroad programs, as well as Wheelock degree programs in Singapore and around the world.
Counseling Center: Provides student counseling and healthy life choices programming.
Financial Aid: Oversees student financial aid and student employment.
Human Resources: Oversees employment opportunities, benefits, and policies at Wheelock.
Information Technology: Oversees all aspects of technology at Wheelock, including phone service, email, and computer hardware and software.
Institutional Diversity and Inclusion Council:The Council is composed of representatives from across the institution reflective of all stakeholders and is chaired by the President.
Institutional Research: Conducts research that leads to the understanding of the College, aids in planning and decision making, and fulfills regulatory reporting requirements.
International Student Services: Supports international students, starting with their application to Wheelock and extending throughout their study at the College.
Marketing: Oversees development and implementation of Wheelock marketing and advertising materials, graphic standards, and website content.
Media Relations: Builds relationships with media to promote Wheelock and oversees the College's Expert Database.
Ombuds Office: The mission of the Ombuds Office is to provide members of the Wheelock College community with a safe and strictly confidential place to discuss concerns, potential conflicts, and bring forward inquiries.
Public Safety: Oversees campus safety efforts, the Emergency Notification System, campus security statistics, and enforces campus drug and alcohol policies.
Student Accounts: Oversees processing student tuition and fee payments, issuing refunds, managing health insurance, managing payment plans, processing student vouchers, clearing students for registration eligibility, and processing third-party agencies' payments.
