Each living environment is headed by a professional Resident Director (RD) and staffed by student Resident Assistants (RAs), who represent the general philosophies and policies of the Student Life Office. RAs, along with the Residence Life staff, are committed to serving as a resource and guide for Wheelock students as they navigate the transitions and challenges they may face at college.

RIVERWAY HOUSE
Ivan Jackson (Riverway Garden Level) - Ivan J. Jackson is a junior at Wheelock College studying Communications and American Studies, and he is a proud member of the class of 2014. Originally, Ivan hails from the Bronx, New York. Ivan also currently serves as Wheelock College's Black Student Union President.
Soriah Barrett (Riverway 1) - Soriah Barrett is a senior at Wheelock and she is majoring in Performing Arts, while focusing in music and minoring in Elementary Education. This is Soriah's third year as an RA. Soriah was born in raised in Providence, Rhode Island and is the 5th of 7 children, and a fraternal twin. Soriah can also be found working back stage in the Wheelock Family Theatre as a crew member. In her free time, Soriah free loves hanging out with friends and spending time with her family.
Rachel Powers (Riverway 2) - Rachel is a senior from Wrentham Massachusetts. Her professional major is Early Childhood Education as well as Human Development with a focus in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys keeping up with the Kardashians and spending time with her friends and family. She is excited for her second year as an RA in Riverway and is looking forward to new experiences and adventures this year.
Lissa Piercy (Riverway 3) - Lissa Piercy is originally from Washington, DC, but transferred to Wheelock College after earning her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts at Landmark College in Putney, Vermont. Lissa was a Resident Assistant at Landmark and is excited to be part of the Wheelock Residence Life staff this year. At Wheelock, Lissa is double majoring in Social Work and Juvenile Justice. In addition to being a full time student, she works with the after school program MissionSAFE, where she teaches spoken word poetry and is starting a new college mentoring program.
LONGWOOD HOUSE
Lyonel Traversiere (Longwood 1) - Lyonel Traversiere is entering his junior year at Wheelock and is a returning Resident Assistant. Lyonel is very excited to be in my new building and take on the new challenges.
Sarah Holman (Longwood 2) - Sarah Holman is the RA on the second floor of Longwood House. This is Sarah's third year as an RA. Sarah is a senior majoring in Early Childhood Education and Human Development with a focus in Developmental Psychology. After graduation, Sarah hopes to stay in the Greater Boston area working in the field and begin a graduate program.
Heather Martin (Longwood 3) - Heather Martin is a junior at Wheelock and a second year Resident Assistant in Longwood House! She is majoring in Special Education and Human Growth and Development with a focus in Children, Family, and Culture. She grew up in Rhode Island and loves living and going to school in Boston. In her free time she likes to spend time with friends, dance, and go to the beach.
PILGRIM HOUSE
Nasha Macedo (Pilgrim 2) - Nasha Macedo is the Resistant Assistant on the second floor of Pilgrim House. This is Nasha's second year as an RA. Nasha is currently in her junior year at Wheelock College, and is double majoring in Social Work and Counseling Psychology with a minor in Understanding Autism. Nasha hails from New Bedford, MA. In her free time, Nasha enjoys teaching Zumba, singing, dancing, and just spending time with her family and friends.
Christina Cubera (Pilgrim 3) - Christina Cubera is a junior at Wheelock. This is her second year serving as an RA in Pilgrim House. Christina is a human development major and has two minors in education and child health. Christina is originally from Baltimore, MD, but Boston has quickly become one of her favorite cities! Christina is a member of the Wheelock Child Life Organization and the woman's lacrosse team. Christina is excited to be an RA again this year and can't wait to see what this year has to offer!
Julia Kelsey (Pilgrim 3) - Julia Kelsey is a sophomore from Walpole, MA. She serves as an RA on the third floor of Pilgrim House. Her majors are Human Growth and Development (Children, Families, and Culture) as well as Elementary Education with a minor in Understanding Autism. In her spare time, Julia loves to go shopping and hang out with her friends. Julia is excited to be an RA and I cannot wait to get to know all of her residents!
PEABODY HOUSE
Kris Fagan (Peabody 1) - Kris Fagan is the RA for the first floor of Peabody Hall! Kris comes from North Providence, RI and this is her second year as an RA on campus. Her majors are Early Childhood Education Inclusive Classroom and also Performing Arts. Kris loves to act, play tennis, read, and have fun with friends.
Jessica Grant (Peabody 2) - Jessica Grant is a junior at Wheelock College. Her majors are Social Work and Psychology. This is her second year as an RA and she is very excited to get to know all of the new residents and to reconnect with old ones. Jessica's hobbies include reading, going to the movies, listening to music and hanging out with friends. Jessica is looking forward to making this a great year for both her and all of the Peabody residents.
Guillermo Caballero (Peabody 2) - Guillermo Caballero is the Resident Assistant on the second floor of Peabody. Guillermo loves to have good conversations and getting to know people. Guillermo is a junior this year and is majoring in American Studies with a double minor in Education and Political Science. Guillermo is also the President of La Herencia Latina and Service In Action.
Mike Manning (Peabody 3) - Mike Manning is the RA for the 3rd floor of Peabody Hall and is a senior at Wheelock. He is studying Human Development Psychology and he plans to get his Master's in Special Education. Mike is from Brookfield, NH and he loves skiing, hiking and playing sports. Mike is a captain of the men's lacrosse team at Wheelock and he is excited for this year, as it is his first year being an RA.
Brittany Langlois (Peabody 3) - Brittany Langlois is a junior at Wheelock this year, part of the Class of 2014. She is majoring in Elementary Education and Human Development with a focus in Counseling Psychology. She is a returning RA this year, residing on the 3rd floor of Peabody Hall. Brittany is from Cape Cod, MA (Chatham, to be more specific). Her high school had less than 200 students in grades 9-12 and her graduating class size was 36 students. She loves traveling, singing, and going to concerts. Brittany also has a strong passion for helping others which has allowed her to be involved in many volunteer and leadership opportunities. She is really looking forward to her second year as an RA and having a great year with her residents and staff!
Katrina Kligge (Peabody 4) - Katrina Kligge is a senior at Wheelock College. She is one of the RAs on the fourth floor of Peabody. Katrina came to Wheelock as a transfer student during her junior year of college. Katrina is originally from Philadelphia, PA, but she has fallen in love with the city of Boston. Katrina is a Theater Performing Arts major, and she is also interested in Child Life. Katrina also loves hockey and music!
Kayla Pulsifer (Peabody 4) - Kayla Pulsifer is originally from Cranston, Rhode Island. She is a junior, majoring in Human Development with a focus in Developmental Psychology. Kayla is currently placed as a Resident Assistant on the fourth floor of Peabody Hall, and this is her second year as an RA. Kayla loves exploring the city of Boston with her friends, and going shopping on Newbury Street! Kayla is excited to work with all of her new residents and help make their year a success!
Ian Driscoll (Peabody 5) - Ian Driscoll is a junior from Framingham, MA. He is majoring in Math/Science, Special Education and minoring in Literature. He is the Treasurer of the Student Government Association. He is on the soccer and tennis team and is a Resident Assistant in Peabody Hall on the 5th floor. In his spare time, Ian enjoys watching football and rugby, listening to music, and dancing. Through his first years at Wheelock, Ian was a commuter student, a "jumpstarter," and CAB general member.
CAMPUS CENTER AND STUDENT RESIDENCE
Megan Pelloth (Campus Center and Student Residence 3 & 4) - Megan Pelloth is a second-year RA currently residing on the fourth floor of CCSR. She is a senior, originally from Milford, CT, and majoring in Social Work as well as minoring in Psychology and Education. She is also in the Campus Association of Social Workers, Class Council 2013, and the Honors Program. She is greatly looking forward to this year, and is excited to get to know her residents!
Nicole Perez (Campus Center and Student Residence 5) - Nicole was born and raised in New York City and is a senior at Wheelock majoring in Human Development and Child Life. In her free time, Nicole likes to spend time with friends/family, go to the beach and shopping. Those who know her best know that she has a passion for traveling and is a fan of Disney, Kate Middleton and the Yankees! She is a third year RA and is excited about starting her first year as a member of the CCSR family.
Wayne Peterson (Campus Center and Student Residence 6) - Wayne Peterson is a senior and a 3rd year RA. He currently resides in the 6th floor of CCSR. Wayne is the President of the Student Government Association as well as being employed by the Wheelock IT department. Wayne loves comic books and can always be found reading one.
