Suzanne has a MA in Psychology from Boston University and is currently completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College. She has a particular interest in trauma, having worked as a Medical Advocate at Boston Area Rape Crisis Center and as a Psychology Intern at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital. In addition to trauma, Suzanne is interested in social justice, gender, psychosexual development, and attachment theory. Suzanne believes that therapy can serve as a safe space in which to not only explore and deal with problems, but also to explore and identify one's values, beliefs, and overall sense of self. Suzanne particularly enjoys working with a college population given the extent to which the college experience represents a time of rich transition and therefore, self-exploration, and growth.
