Entrance Health Requirements
New students must summit an Entrance Health Form and other health documents by August 1, 2017.
Wheelock College Student Health Services is provided by Atrius Health (formerly known as Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates). Atrius Health, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, is a nonprofit, multi-specialty medical group practice located a short walk from the Wheelock campus.
Atrius Health offers numerous primary care medical services. Most of these services are provided to all Wheelock Undergraduate and resident Graduate students at no charge. For more information on medical services available to students and what services are covered by Wheelock, please visit the Atrius Health website.
As mandated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Wheelock College must obtain an Entrance Health Form from all incoming undergraduate students and resident graduate students. This form records physical health, mental health, and immunization records. It must be completed by all Undergraduate and resident Graduate students prior to their arrival on campus.
Matriculation at Wheelock College is dependent upon the submission of a completed Entrance Health Certificate to the Wheelock College health form liaisons. Students who fail to submit a completed Entrance Health Certificate may not be permitted to register for future classes, may incur an $80 fine, and/or may be removed from on-campus housing.
If you have any questions please call Wheelock College health form liaisons at 617-879-2410 or 617-879-2032.
In addition, the Wheelock Counseling Center provides a variety of services that foster the enhancement of students' psychological health and personal effectiveness. The Counseling Center is located on campus in the garden level of the Classroom Building, Room 003. Visit the Counseling Center web pages to learn about counseling resources and services, office hours, events, and more.
