Media Services (AV)
The Library houses the Wheelock Media Services department which offers a variety of audio-visual equipment to the Wheelock Community.
Submit the AV Request Form if you wish to reserve equipment for a class or request maintenance on any of the equipment.
If you wish to make a reservation or request maintenance over the phone, please call Media Services at 617-879-2145.

Equipment available in locations across campus
Classroom BuildingAll classrooms have TV/DVD/VCR combos and an overhead projector.
Activities East
ACE321 has a Multimedia system (IT) and standalone overhead projector. All other classrooms have TV/DVD/VCR combos and an overhead projector.
Activities West
ACW 201, 203, and 205 each have a TV/DVD/VCR combo and overhead projector. Additional materials for the Activities West are stored in the supply closet between rooms ACW223 and ACW225.
Brookline Campus
All classrooms have a TV/DVD/VCR combo and an overhead projector.
Library
Viewing Room on the lower level of the library has a TV/DVD/VCR combo. On Floor 2 there is a TV/DVD/VCR combo and a CD/Tape player. The Conference Room on Floor 2M has a TV/VCR combo.
Alumni Room
The Alumni Room has the following equipment: TV, VCR, overhead projector, pull-down screen and easel. Equipment is stored in the Alumni Room storage room.
