Learners from Singapore to Participate in Summer Immersion Program
June 04, 2009The Wheelock College Center for International Education, Leadership, and Innovation is proud to welcome to campus 63 learners from the Wheelock College Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Educational Studies and Leadership at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore from June 18 to July 23, 2009.
This Summer Immersion Program, which had its successful debut at Wheelock last summer, is an international academic experience offered to the learners during the second year of the Bachelor of Science program. Learners will pursue coursework and gain practical knowledge as they visit educational environments and state-of-the-art childcare centers that support children with learning challenges, meet with directors and administrators to develop leadership skills, attend hands-on museums and technology centers, and have the opportunity to experience cultural events in the greater Boston area.
The visiting learners are eager to interact with members of the Wheelock College community.
