Back track along Beacon a bit to #1773. Enter on Dean Rd side by ringing bell. From the Boston Campus, take the D Green Line Outbound/Westbound towards Reservoir. Exit the train at the Beaconsfield stop. Getting off the train you will see a set of stairs. Walk up the stairs to Dean Road. Walk right and then cross to the other side of the street. Description: This is a unique program for young children on a farm in Brookline. It calls for the use of the environment extensively. Description: There are 2 day care centers in this well established work site. Federal employees receive priority for enrolling their children in the day care center. The center has an open door policy where parents can come and visit their children during their lunch time. There are a total of 3 rooms for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. The Director of the center is a Wheelock alumni and is interested in having Wheelock students. Students are encouraged to sign up for working with a specific age group. All the teachers are experienced and they have ECE degrees. This center is accredited by NAEYC. Once students are confirmed they will be distributed to work between the 2 centers. Students are required to give their names to security to gain entry to the day care centers. Phsical The center will run name, background and finger print checks for security purpose.

Directions: Take MBTA bus #8, 47, CT2, or CT3 from Brookline Ave. to Ruggles Station. From Ruggles, transfer to bus #15 at berth 5 on the left-hand side of the busway towards Uphams Corner Station. You will stay on the bus through Dudley Station and will pass the Dudley Town Common. After the Howard Street stop, exit the bus at the next stop, the corner of Dudley and Magnolia Streets (on your right hand side). This stop is right before the Commuter Rail tracks and station for Uphams Corner. There is a very overgrown, weedy area at this intersection.
