Policy & Procedures Guidelines Classroom Assignments
- All classrooms and teaching assignments are reserved and scheduled through the Registrar's Office.
- No classrooms will be available for non-teaching events until the Office of Academic Records and Registration has completed their semester assignments.
- To insure efficient processing, no requests will be taken via the telephone.
- Reservations can be made via e-mail, interoffice mail, or you may come directly to the Facilities Management Office.
- You will receive a confirmation within two days.
- Reservation requests received less than 48 hours prior to the function cannot be Guaranteed.
- Reserving space in the Master Calendar does not guarantee your reservation, you must reserve your event through the Facilities Management Office.
- Requests for set-ups (tables, chairs, podiums, microphones, etc.) should be as specific as possible. Please submit a sketch when applicable.
- Audio Visual and Food Service needs should be arranged directly through these departments.
- It may be necessary to charge back to your account if additional things, facilities labor, or security is needed for your event, during and/or after regular business hours.
- No more than one event date per reservation request.
- The three room choices are offered to allow the Facilities Management Office to determine the most suitable room assignment dependent on the request for space and the number of people.
Cancellations
Because of limited space and large demand, it is important to notify the Facilities Management Office as soon as possible if there are any changes or if your event has been canceled.
