Professional Development Opportunities
Ongoing professional development opportunities are essential to creating an inclusive campus community. Opportunities are highlighted in the weekly D&I E-Newsletter. In addition, the institution holds an annual professional development day around issues of diversity, equity and inclusion each January.
Employees are also encouraged to utilize Lynda.com for free training resources around diversity, equity, and inclusion. (Employees use their MyWheelock username and password to log in.)

Wheelock encourages members of our community to join or create Affinity Groups, which are designed to bring together faculty and staff of historically underrepresented communities as well as common interests and backgrounds.
