Announcements & Tickets
Each student participating in the ceremony will receive three (3) guest tickets and announcements. All guests must have a ticket for the ceremony. Announcements and tickets will be available in the Office of Student Life until Wednesday, May 14.

Commencement Ceremony Arrival Time
Doors will open for ticketed seating at 10 a.m. If seating is available, we will allow non-ticketed guests into the seating area at 10:45 a.m.

Hotel Information
The weekend of May 16 is a popular commencement weekend for many Boston colleges and universities. We recommend that you access Wheelock's Hotel Page for a list of additional hotels in the area.

Special Arrangements
If you have a guest who will need special seating arrangements due to physical limitations, please contact the Office of Student Life at (617) 879.2108.

Commencement Photos, Inc. is Wheelock’s official photographer for the May Commencement ceremony. Students will receive a mailing prior to the ceremony that will include important ordering information.
