The Aspire Institute Of Wheelock College
Bridging College and Community
Established in 2007, the Aspire Institute addresses complex social and educational issues that ensure the success and well-being of children, families and communities by informing professional practice and public policy. Our three priority areas include: (1) education; (2) health and wellness; and (3) social and family support systems.
Aspire links Wheelock College with cross-community partnerships that result in:
- Enhancing the quality of professional practice through unique professional development opportunities for providers;
- Public policy efforts that promote improving the lives of children and families; and
- Innovation in Wheelock College’s academic and co-curricular offerings so we remain relevant in addressing the needs of the communities we serve.
