The Alumni Relations Office offers many ways for graduates to stay connected with or rediscover Wheelock College. This section contains information about news and events, on-campus resources, and special benefits available to Wheelock alumni.

Wheelock Website - Wheelock's website covers events, resources, and ways to update your contact information so that we can keep in touch with you and send you all of the latest and greatest news about your alma mater.  These pages are always changing, and we add new pages for your convenience frequently.

Alumni E-Newsletter - Each month the Alumni Relations Offices send out our e-newsletter via e-mail to all alumni for whom we have current and updated e-mail addresses. Each month we highlight the work of our distinguished alumni, Wheelock news, alumni happenings, services, Reunion updates, and more.  It is a great way to stay connected!  If you are not receiving the e-newsletter and would like to be on our mailing list, email alumnirelations@wheelock.edu.

Alumni Publications - The Wheelock Magazine is published twice each year and sent free of charge to all alumni. Keep informed about the activities of the College and current students, and learn how alumni have put their degrees to work. Keep Wheelock informed of your accomplishments for publication in the magazine's Class Notes section.

Alumni Endowment Fund Grant - Each year one or two grants of $750 are given to Wheelock alumni to develop or continue a project that will enrich the lives of children and/or their families, and for which total or partial funds from other sources are not available. Applications are available through the Alumni Office and are to be submitted by April 1.

Professional Development - Career panels, networking opportunities, and continuing education programs featuring faculty and alumni speakers are offered throughout the year.  Explore topical issues, make professional contacts and reconnect with alumni in your area.

Alumni Office - The staff is available to help you access these resources and will be happy to answer any of your questions.  Wheelock WARES items and clothing may be purchased through the campus store. Contact the Whelock campus store at 617-879-2017.

Wheelock College Library - The Wheelock College Library promotes engagement with information resources to further the community's curricular, research, and professional pursuits; leads in supporting lifelong learning; provides collections and services in appreciation of cultural, ideological, and global diversity; and serves as a gateway to knowledge. Borrowing privileges and access to all library collections and services are available to alumni for a yearly fee of $20.00, including the ERIC collection, online and bibliographic searches, and inter-library loans.

Center for Career Development - The Center for Career Development works to support the diverse educational, career, and professional development needs of students and alumni.  The Center for Career Development (CCD) is pleased to announce the launch of a new system, Wheelock Works!, which is available to alumni on the career center Web-page.  This new tool helps empower you throughout the job placement process by giving you the ability to maintain an online personal calendar, manage multiple resumes, cover letters, teaching philosophy statements and other employment-related documents, and search for and apply for jobs online.  To gain access to the job search component of Wheelock Works!, E-mail your name, name at Wheelock (if different), year of graduation and current e-mail address to ccd@wheelock.edu.  Once your account is enabled on the system, you will receive an e-mail from CCD with first-time login instructions.

Alumni Addresses - The Alumni Office has current addresses for most alumni.  These records, available only to Wheelock alumni, can assist you in locating friends or making Wheelock contacts in a new area. Email us at  alumnirelations@wheelock.edu with your request.

Resource Center - Wheelock's Resource Center offers borrowing privileges for the Lending Library (educational toys and games), use of work-space and recycled materials for curriculum development, and new educational computer software. Alumni may also attend curriculum workshops. During the fall and spring semester, the Resource Center hosts drop-in workshops on a variety of curriculum topics. These hands-on workshops are free of charge. Call the Resource Center at 617-879-2143 for a current listing of events.
