Sports Based Youth Development Minor
The 16-credit Sports Based Youth Development Minor is designed for students interested in sports, exercise, health, and well being, as well as in work with children, youth, families, and communities. The minor offers students in education, social work, and other majors an opportunity to explore professional options such as working in community, nonprofit or center-based, sport-based programs. The Sport-Based Youth Development Minor is open to all interested undergraduate students. The minor does not lead to a teacher or social work license or other credential.
