Children and the Law

Mondays and Wednesdays, 5 - 8 p.m.

Provides a framework for understanding Massachusetts laws relating to children. Students will analyze and explore the intersection between child and welfare practice and the legal system. Students will gain an understanding of children's legal rights in areas such as adoption, delinquency, special education, immigration, and child protection.
