Saturdays, June 1 and June 15, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Overview:
Provides vignettes of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder displaying challenging behaviors. Reviews strategies for defining and measuring behavior. Provides positive behavioral supports, and experience with functional behavioral assessment and analysis. Students complete and interview, write up and operational definition of the target behavior; identify common antecedent and consequent events. Analyze the function of target behavior and recommendations to decrease and replace that behavior.
