Mathematics Review

All General Curriculum II: Mathematics Subject Test - will be held on the Wheelock Main campus. The instructor for the sessions is Yu Zhang, yzhang@wheelock.edu.

The dates are as follows: Math Content for MTEL General Curriculum Subtest II: Mathematics

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times: 6 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
Dates:
            Session I: January 23, 28 & 30; February 4, 6, 11, 13, 20, 25 & 27; March 4 & 6

Days: Saturdays
Times: 10am - 1pm
Dates:
            Session II:  March 23 & 30; April 6, 13, 20 & 27;   May 3

Course description: This course covers math content included in the test objectives for the MTEL General Curriculum Subtest II: Mathematics.

Each session provides hands-on experiences to assist participants as they explore key concepts of the MTEL General Curriculum Subtest II: Mathematics objectives. Test-taking strategies and tips to answer multiple choice and open response questions are intertwined in reviewing essential mathematical topics. Participants experience multiple ways to solve problems and discover why they makes sense.

All MTEL Preparation Sessions require registration prior to attendance. Registration can be completed through the Wheelock College portal.

For non-Wheelock students, print out form, complete and submit with your payment to the Wheelock College Registrar's Office, 200 The Riverway, Boston, MA 02215.

Cost:
The cost for MTEL General Curriculum Sub-test II: Mathematics preparation is $75.00 for all 7 sessions or $15.00 for each individual session.  The first session is offered January 23, 28, and 30; February 4, 6, 11, 13, 20, 25 and 27;  March 4 & 6. The second session is offered March 23 & 30, April 6, 13, 20, & 27, and May 3.  For Wheelock College students this amount will be charged to your student account. For non-Wheelock students, download and complete the MTEL non-matriculated student registration form.  Submit with your payment to the Wheelock College Registrar's Office, 200 The Riverway, Boston, MA 02215.
