Special Education
The Special Education major prepares students to teach children in Pre-K through Grade 8 with moderate disabilities in inclusive, resource, or substantially separate classrooms. Students learn to design an inclusive curriculum, create a supportive classroom, and utilize teaching strategies that meet the needs of different types of learners.
