Organizational Governance

Overview:
Covering the skills and knowledge needed to successfully contribute to and develop effective organizational governance. Areas covered will include legal and ethical aspects of management and leadership; effectively working with boards of directors and trustees; leadership succession; internal structure and policy making; local, state and national laws and regulations; creating a culture of excellence; and maintaining an ethical workplace.

Course Credit and Tuition: $2,265 to take the course for three (3) graduate credits or $605 to take the course for non-credit/professional development points (PDPs)
