Harnessing Your Personal Energy: A Radical New System of Effectiveness and Productivity

Overview:
This course is designed to improve productivity and effectiveness so that people accomplish more with greater ease, improve clarity of direction and action. reduce overall stress levels so people experience greater wellbeing, enhance personal energy level and produce skills that leave students being productive rather than busy. Each student will learn: the difference between being busy vs. productive, what drains and what enhances their personal energy, the Seven Levels of Energetic Consciousness and how this impacts one's productivity, how to manage the self rather than time and stress, how to define core values and aligning actions with these values to improve productivity and a specific step-by-step method to manage one's commitments and accountabilities in time. Methods to be used: course lecture, small group and class discussion, assessment inventories and worksheets. Topic areas included: productivity, core values, energetic consciousness, and time (self) management.

Course Credit and Tuition: $775 to take the course for one (1) graduate credit or $395 to take the course for non-credit/professional development points (PDPs)
