Wheelock College's Bridge Program helps you build the academic and personal skills needed for success in college. Here is what a typical day looks like for the two-week summer portion of the program.
(Afternoon Workshops and Evening Programming will vary.)
8:00 to 8:45 a.m. - Breakfast is served in the Campus Center Dining Room
9:00 to 11:45 p.m. - Reading & Writing Classes
12:00 to 12:45 p.m. - Lunch is served in the Campus Center Dining Room
1:00 to 2:00 p.m. - Workshop on How to Make Good Choices in Your New Life as a College Student
2:00 to 3:00 p.m. - Workshop on Effective Time Management Strategies
3:00 to 5:00 p.m. - Passport to Wheelock College/Study Time/Open Time
5:00 to 6:30 p.m. - Dinner is served in the Campus Center Dining Room
7:00 to 10:00 p.m. - Complete assignments due for next day's classes. Film Viewing in the Campus Center Multipurpose Room with a Post-Discussion session
PLEASE NOTE: Programming is scheduled every day of Summer Bridge—including the weekend—so students must remain on campus for the entire two weeks.
