The Student Accounts Office at Wheelock College is responsible for providing to all students an accurate statement of their account, including tuition charges and fees. We are here to serve students and parents in person, online, and over the phone.

Not only do we want to be sure you understand your bills, we dedicate ourselves to assisting you and your families in developing a financial plan that will help you afford your Wheelock education. We are also responsible for the overall maintenance of your account, including processing your payments, issuing refunds when you overpay your balance, managing health insurance, managing payment plans, processing student vouchers, clearing students for registration eligibility, and processing third-party agencies' payments.
