The 2012 Ubuntu Arts Exhibit, "Being Ubuntu: The Youth Speak" was a display of collaborative artwork created by local youth and supportive mentors. It is the sixth year that this exhibit has been hosted by the Juvenile Justice and Youth Advocacy Program (JJYA) at Wheelock College and conducted in collaboration with Violence Transformed, an exhibition of visual and performing arts created to mark and celebrate the power of art, artists, and art making to confront, challenge, and mediate violence.
